About the cover: The 2011 Annual Meeting was hosted by the School of General Studies on the Kean University campus in Union, New Jersey. Kean was founded in 1855 as the Newark Normal School and moved to its current location on the historic Kean Estate in 1958. With an enrollment of over 13,000 undergraduate and 3,200 graduate students Kean is currently the third largest institution of higher education in New Jersey. The cover photograph is of Kean University’s STEM building which opened in September of 2010. In addition to housing the New Jersey Center for Science, Technology, and Mathematics (NJCSTM) the building has over 100,000 square feet of classroom space.
